What we collect. If you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, telephone number, address if you provide one, the service you select, and the description of your matter. Calls and emails are kept with that record.
Why we use it. We use this information to reply, to decide whether we can act, and to carry out an instruction you have given us. The lawful basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where a matter proceeds, we also rely on the contract itself.
Who sees it. Staff of Innerwork Advisors Limited and, where the work requires it, the associated Innerwork firms in India. We do not sell personal information. A hosting or email provider may process it on our instructions.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records that do not become an instruction are kept only as long as we need them to respond and to meet ordinary record-keeping. An instruction is kept for the life of the matter and for the period afterwards that our professional records require.
Your requests. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to correct it, by writing to info@innerworkadvisors.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. That measurement does not change how we handle an enquiry.
